Main Ingredients:

400g ground beef

2 tablespoons potato starch

Sesame seeds

Seasoning Ingredients:

1/2 green onion (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

Black pepper to taste

(Serves 2)


Instructions:

Pat the ground beef with paper towel to remove excess blood, and finely chop the green onion.

In a large bowl, combine the green onion with the remaining seasoning ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Mix in the beef, then add starch to achieve the desired consistency. Shape the mixture into patties about 65g each and 1 cm thick.

Lightly coat the patties with a bit of cooking oil.

Pan-fry until cooked.
