Steamed bulgogi in pear is a refined Korean dish where savory marinated beef is stir-fried, then steamed inside a hollowed Korean pear. Enhanced with honey, garlic, doraji, and jujube, the dish balances sweet, earthy, and umami flavors. Pear juice tenderizes the beef, creating a tender, aromatic, and elegant seasonal entrée.

Main Ingredients:
- 1 Korean pear
- 100g beef (for bulgogi)
- 1 small balloon flower root (doraji)
- 1 jujube (Korean date)
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine

Instructions:
Wash the pear, cut off the top, and hollow it out. Blend half of the scooped pear to make juice.
Slice the doraji thinly and mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate the beef in the pear juice and seasoning mixture. (Tip: Pear juice helps tenderize the meat.)
Lightly oil a heated pan and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked.
Fill the hollowed pear with the stir-fried beef, adding doraji and jujube, cover with the top of the pear, and microwave for 10 minutes.
