Fr. John W. Barrett, 82, died on April 17, 2008 in a Falmouth, MA Hospital. He was a former Oblate and 20-year-missionary in Japan. After leaving the Oblates he was incardinated in the Worcester, MA diocese, serving as Director of Communications. Funeral Mass was held, Wed., April 23 at 11:00 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 600 Cambridge St., Worcester.
